At Abundant Life Counseling you will find a journey companion for these difficult seasons of life. In therapy, together we will face your trials and struggles and work to sort through the messiness of life and find the pathway to hope again. I’ll first take some time to get to know you and your personal story and from there we will take the necessary next steps to find that Abundant Life you know is waiting for you. Let’s get to the root of your struggle and find ways to take on life’s challenges in a healthy and productive way!
As a therapist in the mental health field for over 10 years, I have always dreamt of having my own private practice to help meet people where they are and walk with them to the next best part of their lives! I truly believe everyone was created to live an Abundant Life and it’s my true honor and joy to be able to help YOU find that abundance!
I have felt the calling to be a therapist since High School. From there I went to college to get a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and then to Seminary to get my Master’s Degree in Counseling. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and I’ve been so blessed to work in various populations and circumstances in the mental health field. However, my heart has always longed to meet people right where they are and work with them to find the better life that they desire. That’s why I’m here!
I’m a Midwestern girl, born and raised in a small town in Ohio. I’ve lived in Colorado for over 10 years and I’m still learning how to navigate “the big city”. When I’m not working with my amazing clients, I love to spend time with my friends and family. I like to think of myself as an amateur chef and I always find ways to feed the people I love. I’m very involved in my church community and find any excuse to spend time playing with my husband and 2 little boys.
